We'd love for you to take note of

a few things before you visit us at

the little play co.

What is an appropriate age for my child to be in order to come and play?​

  • ​our playspace is perfect for children ages 9 months to 5 years old.

How long is an open play session?​

  • each play session is for up to two hours.

Can we split up our 2 hour play session?

  • each play session must be used at time of purchase and cannot be split up for multiple visits. 

Can I leave my child in the playspace at any time? 

  • all minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the play space. we are not a drop off center or child care facility. parents and caregivers must stay within the open play space to play with and/or supervise their child(ren) at all times during your visit.

Do we have to bring our own socks or does TLPC provide?

  • all guests must bring socks in order to play in the playspace.  TLCP sells socks in the case that someone doesn't have them.  

Is there a liability waiver I need to sign before I bring my child to play?

  • all guests must sign a waiver before entering the play space, you can fill it out right here on our website or in person when you come in.

If I bring my stroller, is there a place to park it safely?

  • strollers are not permitted inside. space is limited and it is a fire safety hazard.  please park strollers outside along the window walls of the little play co..

Can I bring snacks/food into TLPC?

  • at TLPC, we understand the needs and concerns for children who suffer from allergies of all kinds.  please refrain from bringing outside food and beverages into the facility with the exception of formula and foods to accommodate any guests with food allergies or sensitivities. TLPC is a nut free facility.  food deliveries to TLPC during your visit are prohibited.

What is the parking availability near TLPC?

  • metered parking is available along hudson and washington streets for guests visiting from out of town. there is also a parking garage at 15th and bloomfield.

If my child is exhibiting symptoms of a sickness, can I still bring them in?

  • we kindly request that you do not visit TLPC if your child is visibly sick. we ask that parents and caregivers consider the health and well being of our other guests.

Can my child come into the playspace if they have face or body paint on?

  • please be sure to remove any face or body paints before entering the the little play co. area to avoid staining or damaging the play facility.

Does my child need to be potty trained to play in the space?

  • we understand that many of our guests are within the potty training phase. we ask that children wear appropriate undergarments during their time in the play space. swim diapers are not permitted in the play space at any time.

Do your restrooms have changing tables?

  • our restrooms are outfitted with baby changing tables. under no circumstance should you change your child in the play space.  we ask that parents and caregivers consider the health and well being of our other guests as well as the cleanliness of the space.

Have you implemented new protocols due to COVID-19?

  • We have always been extremely diligent with our cleaning and disinfecting procedures at TLPC and have continued our daily disinfecting and cleaning of the toys, playhouses, fixtures and the other public areas.  We do a weekly deep clean and have added a HEPA air filter to the space.  All adults are required to wear masks and they are recommended for the children. We do temperature checks upon arrival and hand sanitize prior to entering the playspace.
